My desire to help people took an unconventional route through several years of leadership in the corporate world. After receiving my bachelor’s degree in applied psychology, I realized that the journey was just a tool to do what I was passionate about helping people. This desire to impact others manifested in business settings and those I lead at work. I developed the ability to help these individuals improve their careers and, more importantly, personal lives. This led to the pursuit of my master’s degree in organizational leadership.

As a therapist, I believe deeply in creating a compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe in a forward-thinking approach to therapy, helping you move from feeling "stuck" to embracing growth and change. I integrate practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support deep emotional healing, especially through inner child work. My goal is to help you tap into your own wisdom and strength — because healing isn't about fixing what's "wrong," but about reconnecting with who you truly are.
