Cody Minnich, MSW, is a former Division I football player with a background in physical fitness and over 10 years of experience as a mental health therapist. Cody utilizes an eclectic range of disciplines to meet individuals where they are such as guided meditations, hypnotherapy, gardening, yoga, breath work, team building, coaching for performance anxiety, and traditional psychodynamic therapy.
