My goal is to make my individuals feel safe and relaxed in a laid-back environment. I want you to feel you can talk about anything and everything as I provide guidance, support, and direction on your therapy journey. My experience in the last 20 + years in the mental health field has included work with children, adolescents, and adults as a behavior specialist and a school-based therapist within the Berks County area. I strive to build a rapport with my clients and help them feel comfortable in order to be able to communicate what they are feeling, cope with their feelings, and help with what they need.
