"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts"
I am passionate about working with teens and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I will aim to create a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and genuinely human, where you can show up as you are and feel heard without judgment.
My approach is rooted in a humanistic, person-centered perspective. I believe that growth happens through connection, and I will work to build a strong, authentic relationship with each client. I will meet clients where they are, moving at a pace that feels right for them while gently supporting insight and changes along the way.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Chester University in 2023 and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lebanon Valley College in 2026. Additionally, I have specialized training in trauma-informed counseling. I am committed to helping clients process those experiences in a way that feels safe, manageable, and empowering.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking with my dogs, line dancing, gardening, and binge-watching true-crime documentaries.
