Shana Bradley, MSW
One of my favorite quotes that I live by and utilize in daily practice is “The ultimate use of power is to empower others”- William Glasser. I have found that if someone has just one person who believes in them, they have the power to make positive changes in themselves. I strive to be that person for others. As an experienced therapist of over 20 years, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across multiple platforms, including home, school, and community. I have worked with populations experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, oppositional defiance, ADHD, as well as life coaching.
I graduated locally from Alvernia College in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in social work and received my master’s degree from Marywood University in 2009. Throughout the years, I have enjoyed establishing trusting relationships with the clients I serve, assisting them in overcoming their difficulties, and working through their issues to become the people they would like to be and to feel good about themselves.
As your therapist, I will utilize a client-centered approach and allow you to guide the direction of your therapy with much-needed support, empathy, and direction.
