Leighann Frampton, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is committed to providing affirming and compassionate care to all clients. I am especially passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ community and I strive to create a space where all of my clients feel safe, respected, and truly understood.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Family and Human Services from Towson University in 2020 and my Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University in 2023. 

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing. I have experience working with culturally diverse populations and bring significant clinical experience from crisis settings, allowing me to remain grounded and steady even during high-stress moments. 

I believe therapy is most effective when we work together, tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs, strengths, and goals to foster meaningful, lasting change.
