Dr. Falynn M. Strohl is a Licensed Psychologist, Adjunct Professor, and lifelong teacher and mentor whose career is driven by a passion for fostering growth, resilience, and lasting change. Known for blending clinical expertise with warmth and directness, she inspires others—whether in the therapy room, the classroom, or the courtroom—to reach their highest potential. She earned her B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Cedar Crest College, followed by her M.A. and Doctorate (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from Immaculata University’s APA-accredited program.
Early in her career, Dr. Strohl built a strong foundation at KidsPeace National Center and Elwyn Treatment Foster Care, where she provided therapeutic support to youth in residential and foster care settings. At Pennsylvania Forensic Associates, she discovered her professional calling—working with individuals who have crossed emotional, physical, and sexual boundaries—with the mission of reducing recidivism and preventing future victimization.
Over the past decade, she has developed extensive expertise in conducting complex Court-ordered psychological evaluations, delivering expert testimony, and treating clinically challenging clients in both forensic and community-based settings. As Director of Psychological Services at Pennsylvania Forensic Associates/SafeGuards Specialized Foster Care, Dr. Strohl oversees clinical operations, leads multidisciplinary teams, and mentors doctoral students. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate and Doctoral Psychology Programs at Immaculata University, teaching courses such as Forensic Psychology, Ethics, History and Systems of Psychology, and Seminar processing.
Dr Strohl will conduct psychological evaluations, lead clinical supervisions and provide clinical input on the service delivery of Betterview's therapists.
