Hello, and welcome. I’m Donna, and I’m truly glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, and I earned my Master of Human Services from Lincoln University while raising my youngest children — an experience that deepened my empathy, resilience, and understanding of the many roles people hold in their lives.

I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, from pre-teens to adults in their 80s, and I bring experience supporting clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including:

• Anxiety and depression
• Adjustment-related stress
• Addictions
• Schizophrenia and other thought disorders
• Personality disorders
• Relationship and couples concerns

My primary areas of focus are adjustment disorders, anxiety, and forensic referrals for adults 18 and older. I approach therapy with warmth, respect, and a belief that people can grow at any stage of life. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
