In a world that can feel overwhelming and demanding, it’s easy to feel stretched thin, disconnected, or worn down. When we slow down, practice kindness, offer grace, and make room for each other, we create opportunities for real connection. These are skills we can cultivateto show up for one another, even in the midst of stress, pain, and despair. Connection is oftenwhat allows healing to happen.

Fear is difficult. Facing it alone can be overwhelming.

My goal in therapy is to walk alongside you, so you feel supported and less alone—whether you’re feeling afraid, angry, discouraged, irritated, or stuck between wanting change and not knowing how to begin.

I believe that everyone’s experience in therapy is unique, and I draw on tools from CognitiveBehavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.I have a passion for building connections with first responders, members of the LGBTQIA+community, and people who are dealing with the effects of substances in their own or a lovedone’s life.

Walking sessions are an option if desired, and I look forward to accompanying you on yourjourney, whether through walking sessions or metaphorically.
