Charley Stricker, LaPC
I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) who is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and build the confidence and skills needed to create meaningful change. I strive to provide a supportive, genuine, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.
My approach to counseling is collaborative and strengths-based. I believe therapy is an opportunity to develop greater self-awareness, recognize your strengths, and build practical tools to navigate challenges and move forward with intention.I also have a strong passion for sports and performance psychology. As an athlete, I understand the mental demands that come with training, competition, setbacks, and striving for excellence.
I am currently pursuing a Certificate in Exercise and Sport Psychology at West Chester University, where I am further developing my knowledge of the psychological factors that influence athletic performance and well-being.I am particularly interested in helping athletes develop confidence, focus, resilience, motivation, and emotional regulation while supporting their mental health both in and outside of sport. Whether you are navigating a personal challenge, working through a transition, or striving to reach your potential, I am here to support you along the way.
