My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and holistic in nature, recognizing the connection between mental, emotional, physical, and environmental well-being. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. 

Working collaboratively, I use evidence-informed practices to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and foster meaningful change. I believe healing happens at each person’s own pace and is supported through intentional connection, self-awareness, and balance.
