I became a licensed social worker in 2020. I have been in the social work profession for over 8 years now and have had the opportunity to work with a large diversity of clients from different age groups.
The majority of my work has been with clients who struggle with a dual diagnosis, coping with a substance use disorder and mental illness.
I treat clients who have:
- anxiety
- depression
- personality disorders
- trauma
- grief
- substance abuse.
I have also worked with clients who have been involved with the legal system, struggled with self-harm, and other addictions
The treatment modalities I use in therapy are:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,
- Motivational Interviewing
- Expressive arts.
As a social worker, I am committed to helping my clients realize their needs, identify and solve problems in their lives to reach their full potential.
